RESCUE 20 YEARS AND COUNTING...

The Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Eastern Canada (RRCEC) occasionally receives Rhodesian Ridgebacks into their RRCEC Rescue Program that become available for adoption.

All RRCEC Rescue dogs are evaluated for temperament and health. They are then spayed/neutered and placed in foster homes until an approved home is found.

Below you will find a photo and brief history on each available Rhodesian Ridgeback in the care of the RRCEC Rescue Committee. These RR's are full of love and devotion but due to unfortunate circumstances they are in need of another family to love and be loved by.

As of August 2012 thankfully there are no Rhodesian Ridgebacks in RRCEC rescue.

HOWEVER, we are always looking for qualified "foster parents".  If you are interested in providing a future rescue ridgeback a home, or being a foster home for a ridgeback in transition please contact our president Diana Pethick (skyridge@ripnet.com) for more information.
