Club Trophies – Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Eastern Canada

Awarded annually, to Club members only and is presented at the Annual General Meeting.

These Trophies are based on Canadian (CKC) results.

1. Obedience Trophies

i. The Vortrekker Trophy for Companion Dog (CD)

Awarded to the Rhodesian Ridgeback with the best score in Obedience trials (CD) in Canada for the calendar year (the total of the dog`s 3 highest scores);

ii. The Heronhill Perpetual Trophy for Companion Dog Excellent (CDX)

Awarded to the Rhodesian Ridgeback with the highest score in Obedience trials (CDX) in Canada for the calendar year.

2. Racing

The Rindurr Coursing Trophy –

As a result of the changes made by the CKC granting Rhodesian Ridgebacks sighthound status and permitting the breed to compete in all coursing activities, this Club trophy has been re-designated as the Rindurr Coursing Trophy. It is awarded to the Rhodesian Ridgeback with the most points in lure coursing in Canada, in a calendar year.
